Nerine bowdenii 'Quinton Wells'

A selection of N. bowdenii ssp.wellsii awarded an AGM in the RHS trial of hardy Nerine (2018).
A variant of the species found growing high in the eastern end of the Natal Drakensberg. Introduced by
Dr. Quinton Wells, he gave plants to E. B. Anderson who distributed it as N. flexuosa var. saundersii.
It was given the cultivar name 'Quinton Wells' when it was recognised as of variant of N.bowdenii.
