The Nerine Nurseries catalogue for 1986 says:
This fabulous Nerine is being offered by us for the first time. It flowered first for us in 1977 and was immediately promoted to five star category.
It has a first class compact head of eleven florets. Attractive features are the very wide segments and the open full face which is velvet-rose pink."
