Like the vampires victim, the colour has drained from the flower leaving the sad shadow of a pink complexion.
Raised at Exbury from a cross between 'Carminata' and 'Joan'. Tony Norris said:
"With thirteen florets and a seven inch diameter head on a strong twenty inch stem this pure white flower ranks in our estimation as the best white from the Rothschild collection. We have seen elsewhere some specimens of this variety that show a faint flush of pink.
Mine shows the faint flush of pink: it came from Myddleton House via the Nerine Society exchange.
