An attractive little species from the southwest Cape. Originally described as N.breachiae
but now reduced to a horticultural group within N.humilis. There are no significant botanical differences
but gardeners are reluctant to let go of the name "breachiae". To be honest, the horticultural differences
are rather slight. In the typical N. humilis the leaves are produced at the same time as the flower spikes
following a summer dormancy. In N. Breachiae Group the leaves appear as the flowers fade and lie flat on the ground.
Interesting differences, not reliably produced in cultivation.
