Nerine 'Matabele'

A cultivar that was named recently at Exbury, following their series of cultivars with names that have links to Africa. On their website
it is described as "Dark red-purple." and this plant came from Exbury agrees with that description, with dark red-pink flowers that age to purple as they are fading.
It has twisted and pinched tepals.
I have a second plant plant from another source with dark red flowers that remain red as they age, and straight edged tepals. I assume that it is wrongly named.
