Nerine 'Rose Princess'
5th October 2008
Bright, isn't it!
Now, I'm not suggesting that you won't find a rose in this colour, though I don't think you'll find a princess to match it. Somehow, I was expecting
something at the pink end of pink rather than the homicidal end of scarlet, but I'll accept the name for the moment!

Not content with the scarlet plants, I have carried on buying plants from various sources and finally
I have a pink one (I only had to go to three other sources in reality). I am delighted to have a more appropriate plant
and also delighted to escape from the lunacy of deliberately buying mislabelled plants.
The scarlet plants originated in pre-packs from the Netherlands and seems to be 'Australian Afterglow'. The pink flowered plant came from the Nerine and Amaryllid society bulb exchange in 2015.
