Pellaea rotundifolia

28th April 2006

A common house plant, it is more or less hardy here. It does best outside through the summer but overhead protection helps through the winter.
Comes from New Zealand but not tolerant of freezing. It survives for a while in the greenhouse here but I have lost it several times. Usually grown as a houseplant so commonly available.

Somehow this year I managed to let it get dry during the summer, and it is still sulking a bit, but slowly expanding.
