Pentaglottis sempervirens
29th May 2006
I can only take credit for leaving this alone. Pentaglottis is a fairly common British native that spreads around under the trees fairly freely, helped a
little by the endless holes and scrapes produced by the rabbits. Pure blue Borage flowers. It is monsterously vigorous, I love it (I hate it), I really love it
(I really hate it). I pull it out with enthusiasm and then the scraps that remain make my heart sing in spring.
