Pieris japonica 'Rokujo's Carpet'

A dwarf growing plant with small leaves. It is reported to be rather shy flowering. Seems to have been distributed in the UK
by Barry Starling though I assume it originated with Dr. Tsuneshige Rokujo, a plantsman from Tokyo.
