A simple hybrid, fairly close to P.formosana registered by Martin Hazelton in 1979. The cross has been repeated since
then and a number of cultivars have been named. P.formosana x P. Versailles (P.formosana x limprichtii).
This cultivar has distinct white tips to the tepals.
