| A gigantic tree daisy growing in cloud forests from Mexico to Costa Rica. I was given a plant and failed to realise
that it needed a large pot immediately. It grew slowly through the summer but I was expecting huge growth
that didn't materialise. |
Unfortunately the starved plant didn't survive the winter. If it had been growing vigorously there is a chance that it would
have produced a new shoot from the base and I should have planted it in the ground and not kept it in a pot. |
Fortunately I get the chance to live and learn. I was given another plant in spring and planted it straight into
the Agave house, where it has grown large and come through the (mild) winter very well. |

My plant died in the Beast from the East in 2018. This is a friends plant flowering in 2019. |
