A rare Polemonium species from the USA and Mexico. 'Sulphur Trumpets' is a selected strain that comes very easily from seed. With me the plants are more or less annuals
but they can struggle on for a little longer. Possibly more perennial in a dry climate. Here it grows fast, flowers profusely and dies. This is a selection of P. pauciflorum ssp. hinckleyi with green leaves rather than the silver leaved P. pauciflorum ssp. pauciflorum. |
