A charming little tuffet of sub-alpine pinkness. Late to emerge from the ground, though a fraction earlier than the tardy P.hookeri. Also, it is
taller, narrower leaved and more floriferous than Mr.Hookers squat pot plantlet. Plants in cultivation at present all seem to descend from a collection made by Chris Grey-Wilson in 1973 in Nepal, under his number GW 803. |
