A fern from the Canary Islands and Madiera, it also occurs in Spain (Cadiz). I assume that it grows epiphytically or lithophytically, much as our native Polypodium do
but I haven't been able to find much information. I got it from Cotswold Garden Glowers and Bob Brown says that it is the largest fronded species that he knows. |
