A bright coloured cultivar that I got from Parham Bungalow Plants. Their desription says: "A David Philbey introduction with beautiful deep pink flowers." David Philbey's description in the bulletin of the Alpine Garden Society says: "'Kate Evans' (a) [D. Philbey 276.96]. Medium-sized, bright, glowing, purple-red flowers, tiny white thrum-eyed. Well presented, early, easy, popular." |
