A very startling plant that probably has the brightest coloured flowers of any of the cultivars of P. allionii that I grow. I find that it produces a few flowers early in the season,
 but they are rather pale. A few weeks later it has a more co-ordinated flowering in full colour. I bought it from Parham Bungalow Plants in 2018. Their description says: "A Rick Lupp selection with bright red-purple flowers over tight clumps of foliage."  |
