Primula auricula 'T. A. Hadfield'

A modest, small flowered cultivar I bought in 2018. It has been reliable since then.

Barnhaven Primroses say:

"Red/pink gold-centred Alpine auricula. Bred by Derek Telford in 1993 and named after a friend. "

Peninsula Primulas say:

"Alpine - gold centred. A wonderful alpine with a bright golden centre to each flower. The flower colour is red / pink shaded to lighter. The flowering season is April / May depending on season and locality. Alpine auriculas can be grown equally well in the open and under cold greenhouse conditions. They are especially suited to culture in sinks, troughs and other containers."
