A new double flowered hybrid with dark leaves. Towards May it gets a bit leggy and the flowers go a bit Polyanthus. Barnhaven Primroses say: "A double purple/blue primrose. Unusual because of its polyanthus form and dark colour. We have had this in the nursery for years and have only just identified it properly. It was raised by Bob Brown from Barnhaven double seed." |
