An epiphytic cactus with thin trailing stems, Rhipsalis cassutha is the name it arrived with, but it is actually R. baccifera.
Small white flowers. It suffers a bit from being planted at the back of the Agave house where it is hardly noticed.
It has grown larger, and after a series of harsh winters I think it is reasonable to suggest that it is cold tolerant if dry!
A South American species with a distinct subspecies in Africa, thought to have been introduced by accident (though it is all speculation). Birds and sailors have both been implicated.
