Rhododendron 'Geisha'

Evergreen azaleas can be wonderful and vibrant and unruly. You might have thought that the flower colours were shocking but we have become accustomed to them. It is still possible to shock, however. Variegated leaves will still cause the sort of blustering outrage that makes them so precious in the garden.
This came to me as 'Geisha' but I don't think the name is sustainable. It might be 'Girard's Hot Shot Variegated' or it might be something entirely new. Experience suggests that time will confirm what it isn't without adding anything useful to the matter of naming.
The International Rhododendron Register lists several plants as 'Geisha', but none of them appear to be this.
