Narrow green leaves splashed and streaked with white. A tiny little baby plant that will probably
get more variegated as it ages. I got it from Cotswold Garden Flowers, their label says: "Clusters of narrow leathery dream smoked evergreen leaves, flowers like miniature corn-on-the-cob. Jun-Aug. 15cm. Good for dry shade." Flosab.com say on their website: "Rohdea 'Tsuneshige rokujo' has fleshy, opposite, lanceolate to oblanceolate leaves 10-15cm long by 1-2 wide, forming a rosette. They are thick, leathery and dark green, variegated on the margin and irregularly on the blade. The flowers in dense pale yellow spikes appear in the middle of the leaves and are not particularly attractive, on the other hand the round red fruits do not go unnoticed and remain for a long time. |
