Roscoea cautleyoides 'Early Purple' is a pretty plant , flowering in april when exotic shaped purple
flowers are really striking. I have only had it for a year, and when it flowered I had been sent 'Kew Beauty'
by mistake, hence no photo at present. I am kicking myself for not doing photo's of a friends when I saw it.
'Early Purple' may not be the most fanciful or poetic of names, but it does what it says.
