Roscoea purpurea 'Purple Stem'

A plant being distributed by Barracott Plants in Cornwall. The pseudostems are deep purple brown and contrast powerfully with the fresh green leaves. It is a nice plant but it is unexceptional within the general range of Roscoea purpurea.
