A vigorous cultivar with strong pink flowers, produced by Jan Burgel in 1991. A hybrid between S. poluniniana and S. 'Winifred'.
I bought it from a local garden centre and their label says: "A recent introduction from Eastern Europe, this Saxifrage produces deep pink flowers above hard compact mounds of leaves. Best in sun or light shade, in a not-too-dry soil. Good in troughs." Potterton's Nursery say: "Masses almost sessile, stunning rose-pink flowers over tight flat compact cushion." |
