Sansevieria javanica 'Striated'

Over the years I have grown a number of different plants as "S.javanica". The best of them was an incredible broad leaved plant like 'Laurentii'. This one is a small growing plant that suckers freely and has yellow striations runing through the leaves, though they are barely visible in this photo. I have no idea if this is the proper owner of the name. I received it as a gift with the comment "name doubtful".
When I got this plant it seemed to have entirely green leaves but yellow striations have developed as it has grown broader leaves.

Following the transfer of Sansevieriainto Dracaena, Plants of the World online have listed this as a synonym of Dracaena elliptica however the plant shown on the herbarium specimen is not this.

Glasshouse Works say of S. javanica:

"Short vertically challenged rosettes out arched in tight extremely abbreviated rotund rosettes. The slight gloss and deep tones these compact sculptures achieve in indirect light can be considerably amplified by growing this under lites where it looks like a miniature hahnii sidetracked by a sausage stuffer. These mahogany tinted dark squat plump recurved rosettes form a mounded carpet of multiple heads in time--'tis a wonder that HBO simply doesn't feature it in a series called FAT HEMP. Certainly one of the prize small statured Sansevieria--we need to be grateful to Alice Waidhoffer for distributing this charmer."

Online blogs suggest that this might actually be a form of S. zeylaica, though it doesen't agree with the Plants of the World illustration of that taxon. A comment on an internet sales site says "This plant is an Alice Waidhoffer hybrid."
