Sempervivum 'Alluring'

A greyish green cultivar with large rosettes. I have seen pictures of it with deep red rosettes but it has never managed it here. The colour has been more green than anything else. I was sent it from the Czech Republic and although I was allured at the time, I am less so now.
Raised br Ed Skrocki in the USA in 1977. Horst Diehm in Germany wrote on his Sempervivum Page in 2001 that it was very similar to 'Excalibur'.

On the Sempervivum List online, Volkmar Schara says:

"A very vigorous variety. Especially in spring, the rosettes show a very colorful coloration!" (auto-translated from German).
