When growing in the greenhouse this was a magnificent grey plant with reddish undertones. When grown outside it was less distinguished.
I got it from the Czech Republic and Erwin Geiger is quoted on Sempervivum List saying: "A relatively unknown variety from 1997 from the Czech Republic. 'Cyrham' forms very large rosettes with relatively few, thick-fleshed leaves in cream-coloured pinkish brown." Wlodzislaw Barcikowski in Poland says: "A little-known, interesting variety from the Czech Republic. Large creamy-brown rosettes, thick fleshy leaves. The swarmer requires a sunny position - then the leaves color nicely. A very easy to grow succulent that is a beautiful decoration of rockeries and walls." |
