Sempervivum 'Gayety'

Dense, very regular rosettes. Raised by Ed Skrocki in the USA and introduced in 1976. Sometimes listed as a cultivar of S. arachnoideum though there is clearly something else going on in there.

Volkmar Schara is quoted on Sempervivum List:

"Beautiful colorful rosettes that form dense cushions. The green leaf ends are particularly noticeable in summer."
