An attractive small plant. It grew vigorously here and had occasional moments of brilliance during the summer. I obtained it originally
as S. 'Angustissimum' but naming among Sempervivum is currently churning and this is now seen as S. marmoreum ssp. marmoreum.
This may not be the last word in the churning process.
Plants of the World online says:
"The native range of this subspecies is Central Italy to Slovakia and Central Greece. It is a succulent perennial and grows primarily in the temperate biome."
