A Golden Rod that provides rich variegated foliage through the summer and unfortunate ragged yellow heads
of flowers in early autumn. I have grown it for years on and off which is a coded way of saying I haven't seen it
since this picture was taken. I have planted it somewhere and forgotten. The herbaceous border would be the first place to look.
