A small growing herbaceous species with dark foliage and lilac flowers. I got it from Derry Watkins and the label says: "Large purple-brown leaflets marbled with grey. Fluffy pale lilac flowers all summer." Proctors Nursery say: "A dainty, clump-forming perennial with fluffy, pale-lilac flowerheads from June to August. Ovate leaves in spring are tinted purple with a silver marbled overlay held on thin wiry stems. Height 20cm. Spread 30cm. Partial shade, rich moisture retentive soil. Hardy." |
