Tupistra chinensis 'Eco China Ruffles'

A really lovely foliage plant collected in China by Don Jacobs (USA). The long broad leaves are ruffled along their margins in a very attractive way.
The spikes of green flowers grow paler as they age and expand to almost cream colour.

This young plant is looking a bit sorry for itself - during the process of division one of its leaves was bent back, and it doesn't produce them
so freely that it can spare any to careless accidents!
