This is new to me in 2012, one of Liz Powney's recent hybrids raised from seed in 2003. The name means sweetheart in Welsh.
Someone's sweetheart had been eating onions! Marchants Plants say in their 2024 catalogue: "Aptly named ‘Love’ in Welsh, with typically shaped lilac-pink flowers. The central corona however is a deep burnt orange. Beautifully scented - Of cloves! Sun. 15cm." |
