A seedling from Fir Tree Farm Nursery, with broad petalled salmon pink flowers (apricot is stretching
the point a bit!)
Good long lasting spikes of flowers and not too much scruffy foliage. I have grown it for a few years now, and I am getting more impressed with its performance every year. The large flowers have broad tepals and make a big impact, held close to the spike. It flowers when much of the herbaceous garden is getting rather tired. A hybrid raised by Jim Cave at Fir Tree farm nursery. |
