Pleurothallis lindenii

A straggly grower with small brown flowers. It survives but I bring it indoors through the winter.
It comes from Venezuela, Colombia, Ecuador and Peru in cloud forest. It might make it through the winter in the greenhouse but I haven't tried it yet.

The species has proved to be remarkably tolerant of low temperatures, unhlike some of the species. I have tried to correlate the cold tolerance of the species of Pleurothallis to the altitude of their native range but no clear pattern has yet emerged.
The plant was hit in early December 2022 by some hard radiation frosts but it recovered strongly.
