P. Tongariro x P. x confusa raised by Ian Butterfield and registered in 1986.
A large flower with narrow pink tepals clearly distinct from the long white lip marked with red.
The dorsal tepal is held upright which lends a cheerful elegance to the flower (the droopy ones
can sometimes look like a depressed bulldog watching the rain through a window).
