Pleione (pleionoides x Shantung).
A good purple hybrid with some tones of yellow from the Shantung parent.

A good vigorous hybrid with a name that enhances the appearance of the flowers. The phrase 'Locking Stumps' somehow speaks of clusters of angular pseudobulbs among the moss.
