I have just bought it from Thuja Alpines at the AGS show at Rosemoor. It looked interesting! In their catalogue for 1995, Hartside Alpines say: "A gem. We wanted to oiffer this plant when we first saw it some years ago. Slow to propagate. Most attractive blue flowers with a fine silver white edge to the petals. Much sought after and admired by all who see this fine plant in flower. We only have a few at present." Bred by Alec Stubbs in Grassington, Yorkshire vuring the 1970s. |
